1990 Mustang Coupe

This car is a street/strip house project. It is receiving a 331 stroker motor with a single or possibly a twin turbo set up. A complete Aeromotive fuel system will be used. The drivetrain will consist of a Performance Automatic’s C-4 and a beefed up 8.8 rear end. The chassis has already been treated to fully welded and supported upper and lower
torque boxes. Through the floor sub-frame connectors are in, while a 10-point roll cage is in the process of being installed. The front suspension consists of a tubular K-member and control arms with coil over shocks. The interior will be stripped of all creature comforts to eliminate weight while still remaining finished and streetable. Horsepower
goals are at least 600 to the wheels with ¼ mile times hopefully nearing the nine second zone. More details will follow as the build progresses.
